1. No Refunds on Paid Services

All payments made for MarketDigitally's services, including platform subscription fees, WhatsApp & Telegram marketing tools, and any add-ons, are strictly non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review our service features before making a purchase.

2. Free Trial & Evaluation

We offer a limited free trial that allows users to explore our platform and its features before committing to a paid plan. Since users get the opportunity to test the services before purchase, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.

  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Subscription Plans (Monthly/Yearly)

  • WhatsApp & Telegram Marketing Services

  • Automation Tools & Chatbot Development

  • Third-Party API Integrations

🔹 Important Note: Conversation Charges & Message Credits are provided directly by Meta (WhatsApp) and are billed separately based on Meta’s pricing. MarketDigitally does not charge any extra markup on these fees, and as such, we cannot provide refunds for them. 5. Technical Issues & Service Disruptions

If a user experiences continuous, verifiable technical issues that prevent them from using the service, MarketDigitally may consider offering a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Users must report such issues within 7 days of occurrence, and our technical team will review the case.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If a user identifies an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, they must contact MarketDigitally support immediately. If the claim is verified, a refund will be processed.
